Airport Lounge at Changi Airport

I have no doubt that most of us have been to the airport once in our lifetime. I’m sure we have seen those doors along an airport concourse with beautiful and shining plagues that say “Admirals Club” or “Star Alliance Gold.” If you didn’t already know, they are airport lounges. On my last trip, my wife and I were fortunate to access Blossom Lounge at the Terminal 4 Changi Airport in Singapore using Priority Pass membership that comes with the American Express credit card. To access the lounge, a traveler must have a confirmed boarding pass for a flight leaving that day.

The lounge offers large, comfortable chairs with electrical outlets, spacious area to stretch out, relax, or check on emails. A few large screens TVs that show schedule on departing flights to make sure guests are informed. Several shower rooms are available for guests to use to refresh before continuing their journey. The lounge also provides newspapers and magazines, both local and overseas just in case you are bored. Almost forget to mention that the internet speed is fantastic.

The refreshments area includes an open bar with a variety of soft drinks, juice, beers, and wines. It also includes a selection of soups, salads, and light snacks. We managed to get a few trips to the refreshments area and the great thing is nobody’s counting.

The experience was great and definitely, we will maximize the perks and head down to the airport lounge more often.
